Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation Return Policy

We understand that there may be times when you wish to return an item you received from us. You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at POWSAF E-SHOP. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for our customers as set out by our Returns Policy. You have 10 days to decide if an item is right for you. Any item you wish to return must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale unless returned as faulty or damaged. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions, then we may be unable to offer a refund.

• Replacement. We will replace the item with another of similar or better quality, different sizes, or colors.
• Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you purchased.
• Gift card. We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item (or larger) to be used on our Site with another purchase.

1. A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
2. If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days.
3. If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days, depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
4. If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance to your credit/debit card.
5. If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
6. If you use a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card or PayPal account (whatever was used) and will provide you with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more time.
